Booking Conditions

Reservation:

• A 25% deposit of the total amount is required via bank transfer, indicating the name used for the reservation in the concept. You have 4 days to send the payment receipt by fax or email. If we do not receive the receipt within 4 days, the pre-booking will be automatically canceled.
• The remaining amount is paid in cash at our office on the day of arrival.

Opening Hours:

• Our office is open from 10 am to 7 pm from Monday to Friday, and from 10 am to 1:30 pm on Saturdays.
• During July and August, we open from 10 am to 7:30 pm from Monday to Saturday. We are closed on Sundays.
• Outside of these hours, we will not be able to hand over the apartment keys.
• Check-in time: from 5 pm.
• Check-out time: at 10 am.

Deposit:

• For 1-bedroom apartments, the deposit is €150. For 2-bedroom apartments, the deposit is €200.
• The deposit is paid in cash upon key collection and returned on the day of departure, depending on the condition of the apartment.
• If the client checks out outside our opening hours, the deposit will be refunded via bank transfer.

Occupancy:

• It is strictly prohibited to exceed the number of people specified in the apartment description and booking confirmation. We reserve the right to reject or cancel bookings that do not comply with these rules, without the possibility of a refund.

Cancellation:

• All cancellations must be sent by fax or email and confirmed by us.
• The booking deposit will not be refunded in case of cancellation for any reason.

Late Arrival:

• No refunds will be made if the client arrives one or more days after the scheduled date. On the day of booking and without any news from the client, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation in case of no-show.

Interruption of Stay:

• No refunds will be made in case of interrupting the stay for any reason.

Date Modification:

• It is possible to modify the dates or extend the rental stay, subject to availability and prior agreement. If it is not possible and you cannot occupy the apartment on the scheduled dates, you will lose your reservation.

Pet Admission:

• Small pets are allowed in some of our apartments with prior authorization. Admission is subject to the condition that the pet does not cause damage to the building or apartment, or disturb the neighbors' peace
