Ubicación y vistas Positive: La ubicación y las vistas del piso. En general estaba todo bien y muy buena comunicación con el anfitrión. Negative: El parking va por orden de llegada, no tienes una plaza reservada. Hemos tenido la suerte de que cuando llegamos había un sitio libre.

A very good choice for the location and exceptional views, with a few minor practical details Positive: The apartment is located high up in the building and has an enclosed balcony with a fantastic panoramic view over Benidorm. The location is excellent, very close to the beach, and the swimming pool is a nice extra when you want a change from the sea. Parking is available at the property, which is convenient, although spaces are shared and therefore not always guaranteed. Negative: The apartment is comfortable overall, although some parts are beginning to show their age and could benefit from a light cosmetic refresh. The pool area is pleasant for swimming, but there are no sun loungers if you want to spend more time relaxing there. The key collection process could also be explained more clearly, as the keys need to be picked up from a different location before going to the apartment. Once this is understood, it is manageable, and check-out is simple because the keys can be left inside the apartment.

Positive: La ubicación y las vistas son increíbles. Han estado pendientes en todo momento de nuestras necesidades. Que el inmueble disponga de parking, ducha externa para venir de la playa y piscina es genial. Se descansa muy bien y es tranquilo. Negative: Tener que ir a recoger las llaves a la oficina y no en el propio inmueble.
